ChildSafe helps schools manage safe arrival, attendance, verified pickup, and parent updates. We only collect the information needed to run those workflows.
Information we store
This can include school details, staff accounts, student names, class assignments, parent contacts, pickup contacts, attendance records, pickup records, and service messages.
How we use it
We use this information to let schools run daily safety workflows, keep audit history, and send updates to the right parents, guardians, pickup contacts, and staff.
Access and retention
Access is limited by role. Schools control their own records, and ChildSafe keeps operational data only for as long as it is needed for the service, legal duties, and safety reporting.
