ChildSafe is provided for school safety, attendance, pickup verification, and related communication. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by their staff.
Accounts and access
Each user must keep their login details secure and use the system only for authorized school work. Schools are responsible for removing access when staff roles change.
Operational records
Attendance, pickup, alerts, and message activity may be recorded as part of the service so schools can review daily operations and audit history.
Availability
We aim to keep ChildSafe reliable and secure, but it supports school safeguarding procedures rather than replacing them. In urgent or high-risk situations, schools should still follow their emergency plans and involve police, medical teams, or other emergency services when needed.
Changes
ChildSafe may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means the school accepts the current version.
